Acceptance and scope

By booking or using a Byte Trackhub consultation, you accept these terms. The confirmed scope, fee and appointment details form part of the agreement. Services provide practical employment-offer analysis and preparation; they do not constitute legal, tax, immigration, investment or psychological advice.

Client responsibilities

You must provide complete, accurate and lawfully obtained documents, disclose the employer’s response deadline and remove irrelevant sensitive identifiers. Decisions remain yours. You should seek a qualified specialist where we identify a question outside our competence.

Fees, cancellations and delivery

Fees are confirmed before work starts. Appointment changes, cancellations and refunds follow the refund policy. Written summaries are intended for the named client and are normally delivered within the period stated in the service description.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Byte Trackhub retains copyright in its comparison structures, explanatory materials and templates. You may use your consultation notes and individual summary for personal decision-making but may not resell or publish them as professional advice. We treat client materials as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or authorised by you.

Liability

We perform services with reasonable care. Employment outcomes depend on employers, changing circumstances and the client’s choices. To the extent permitted by German law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss typical of this contract. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or another liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory venues remain unaffected. Before court proceedings, both sides are encouraged to attempt a direct, documented resolution.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future bookings. The version accepted at booking governs that engagement. Questions may be sent to info@byte-trackhub.digital.
