How Byte Trackhub handles enquiry and consultation data for employment offer reviews in Germany.

Data we process and why
We process contact details, enquiry content, scheduling information, billing records and documents deliberately supplied for a consultation. The purposes are responding to requests, entering and performing a service contract, meeting legal accounting duties, protecting claims and maintaining site security. The legal bases may include Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR and, where applicable, consent.
Do not submit health information, identity numbers, bank details or third-party records unless they are strictly necessary and we have agreed a secure transfer method. The contact form is not intended for contract uploads.
Recipients, storage and transfers
Access is limited to the adviser and service providers needed for hosting, secure communication, scheduling and accounting under appropriate agreements. We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data internationally, we use an available lawful safeguard such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary measures where required.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally removed within six months. Working copies of consultation documents are normally deleted within 30 days after delivery unless a longer period is requested or needed for a dispute. Contract and tax records are retained for statutory German periods. Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent prospectively. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
