All prices include German VAT where applicable. Payment arrangements are confirmed when the appointment is accepted; this website does not process payments.
When the fixed fee may not fit
The listed fees assume documents in German or English, no more than 20 pages per offer, and standard employee terms. Executive service agreements, equity or virtual share plans, collective agreements, unusually long policy packs and urgent same-day work require a scope check. We explain the added work and quote it before you commit.
What is not billed
Your first enquiry and our scope response are free. We do not charge merely to tell you that a lawyer, tax adviser or immigration specialist is better placed to answer the question.
Rescheduling
You may move an appointment without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes and missed appointments are handled under the refund and cancellation policy.
