About the practice

A second pair of eyes for a consequential choice

Meet Byte Trackhub, a Berlin employment consultation practice helping professionals assess job offers before signing.

Employment adviser in a Berlin office

Why Byte Trackhub exists

People often receive an employment offer during an already demanding transition. The salary is visible; the interaction between probation, notice, bonus conditions, location rules and actual responsibilities is less obvious. Byte Trackhub was founded to make room for a careful decision before enthusiasm or a short deadline takes over.

Our work sits between career coaching and formal legal advice. We help clients compare practical consequences, formulate questions and prepare negotiations. We do not litigate, interpret complex case law or promise that one role will produce a particular career outcome.

Your adviser

The practice is led by Mara Klein, an employment consultant with twelve years of experience across German recruitment, compensation review and international employee onboarding. Her work has involved Mittelstand employers, Berlin growth companies and professionals relocating into Germany.

Mara works in English and German. When a matter requires an employment lawyer, tax adviser or immigration specialist, she identifies that boundary rather than guessing beyond it.

How we work

Confidentiality comes first. We ask for only the documents needed for the agreed review, encourage clients to remove irrelevant personal identifiers and retain working copies only for the stated consultation period. Every recommendation is tied to the client’s real constraints: time, family, location, financial runway and appetite for change.

The goal is not to label an offer “good” or “bad.” It is to make the differences legible enough that the client can choose—and explain the choice to themselves.
